Coverage by Mikilon Canada

1.

Only the original purchaser with the original receipt can claim the Mikilon warranty.

2.

Defects/Failures are covered by the 90 day warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

1.

Coverage ends once warranty period and scope are exceeded per the coverage table above.

2.

Damage from natural disasters: earthquake, hurricane, and flood.

3.

Human-caused damage including soaking, puncturing, crash, and wear and tear under normal use.

4.

Violations of user manual: unauthorized repair, modification, using unofficial parts, or tearing/altering labels and anti-counterfeit labels.

5.

Abuse-related damage: overloading, extreme riding conditions (including but not limited to riding over steps, falling from a height, and extreme sports).

6.

Malfunctions unrelated to design, production, or quality standards.

7.

Warranty voids once used for commercial purposes.
